- The pain is increased, sometimes only slightly, by routine physical activity like bending over, climbing stairs, or moving quickly.

- Phonophobia – sensitivity to sound

Some great information, will come in handy. For me I find a cup of strong coffee helps but I have been told that brings on migraines.
